Having played a role in the development of their last two office buildings, the next logical step for them was to build and brand (1.ZERO.4) a residential property. With a brief to design a truly modern home that would be zero carbon and flexible in its layout to accommodate for changing lifestyles, Ripe have accomplished something quite special, with the maximisation of natural light throughout the home itself being a standout feature.

1.ZERO.4 (104 Leeds Road, Harrogate), features triple-height entrance atrium, 5 bedroom suites, open-plan flexible living space, Double-height dining area, cinema room basement concept, double home office, south-facing rear garden, indoor/outdoor kitchen, in/out drive + 4 car spaces, double garage and a Garden facing balcony.
